I am still doing my bored eating..I do really good during the day at work...now on m off days and evenings. It's like I want to eat everything. I have been trying to do only yogurt or a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios at night, but sometimes it doesn't always work.

I found that if I drink water all day I don't want to eat later than 6-7pm. may not work for you but I figured I would mention it.

Celery sticks are a good evening snack, very few calories and carbs, crunchy and takes time to eat.

I really need to start drinking more water. I am going to try that, hopefully it will help me too. I agree bad food is very tasty, it's like I got you, and I am not letting go. I like celery and the little carrot sticks, I need to buy more and keep around maybe grazing on them will be satisfying for me. thank you all for the helpful suggestions.
