Alrighty then. New day, new week, new eating pattern. We have been getting up at 5:30 every morning to walk because of the heat, but the sun is coming up later so we got up at 6:30 this morning. started walking at 7:30 and it was pretty nice. We had a breeze that made it a little easier but was humide by the time we got back at 8:45. Had organic oatmeal and a peach. Giving up coffee for a while so had some peach green tea instead. I will give this a week and see what happens. All we can do is try and find what works for us, right? Hope all have a blessed and wonderful day.
