All week long I was craving a hamburgers. What a horrible diet week!
I did awesome on my workouts though, I ran every day during the work week and on Monday and Wed I ran once in the am and then again before Kempo. I did strength training for 50 min to an hour each week. (I had to fixed one then I remember I did an hour in the morning on legs and an hour on upper body that evening)
I am jogging at least a mile solid and doing my C25K app on the phone. SOOOO, hopefully I can counter this horrible diet week. :-)
I will probably take the weekend off from strength training, but I dont know we will see.
