I can not believe I ate out AGAIN!!! I need to make a better effort! I am so dissapointed in myself =(

Ask the waiter to bring a "to go" box when he brings the meal. Cut everything in half BEFORE YOU START EATING and put the second half in the "to go" box. If "out of sight/out of mind" doesn't work, put the box on a empty chair, under the condiment tray or ask your date/friend to hold it for you. This automatically cuts your calorie intake in half and lets you enjoy the delicious food again the next day. If you are afraid you will eat the food the minute you get home, leave the box at the restaurant! It's ok, the meal out is about enjoyment not sqeezing every penny!
