I can't believe it's gotten this bad, but I injured a muscle badly after a 12k (the initial injury wasn't bad, but running 7 miles on it a few days later after was) and have been on orders not to run for 3 months. Just getting to the end of my PT, but wow, my weight has ballooned! Time to turn it around again before the holidays roll around. Cleaning my closet this weekend was a wakeup call!
