Good morning buddies,
It feels great to be back to my normal routine and WOE.
I'm bringing a healthy salad for lunch, and will probably have fruit for breakfast. The scales show a 3 lb loss since Sunday, but I'm not logging that since it will most likely be short lived.
I plan to get back to exercise this evening, but may do a few jumping jacks and squat jumps at work.

That sounds like fun :) We've been toying with getting a couple of bikes. It's going to warm up here this week, too. It's cool and pleasant for now, but my back yard is soggy from a week of rain. I have muddy paw prints all over the house, LOL
