I was basically out from Wednesday last week with a cold. Tuesday was my last training session. But I continued eating the usual total calories per day. I'll continue with training today and will keep the total calories the same.

Yes, and I also don't want to gain weight too fast as well. Otherwise it's just more fat than muscle. Anything between 0.1-0.3 kg per week is adequate.
