So excited!!!! Finally seeing the numbers drop and the body tone up. Yay! My clothes are already fitting somewhat better. Will need to drop another 3 or 4 for them to all fit again. Regular workouts and a mostly (not entirely) protein and veggie diet is working. Trying to remember to add good fats too. Woot! Can't wait to see another pound drop.

138.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
