Body beast, check swimming, check. Have to hp while I sleep! Too busy this evening. Oh I discovered I'm going to have to do push ups everyday to keep up on them. I could barely do five in a row today. Probably could have used more than the 300 cals pre as well but... Vegas and rest day tomorrow. Hope everyone has a safe weekend!!

Too funny Misty...that's when I do my HP too...I've also incorporated Pilates Imprinting...tightens the sides nicely.
