I have changed my diet to a Low Carb High Fat diet...we'll see if this is something that I can stick to and not be miserable.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Low carb works for me, I hope it does for you!

If you get hungry up the fat. It kills hunger and keeps you from over eating or slipping into bad foods.
