Well, day 14... we meet! I did an ab workout, followed by a quick half mile jog! (Zack started his Y workouts today!) Then I went downstairs and has spin with Mo! What a great workout! :) I love the mornings! My calorie burn was pretty good... but my weight loss.. not so much! I am gonna blame it on mother nature and her monthly gift and the water retention that comes with it. I mean.. I lost weight... but according to my calculations, the loss should have been greater. I will weigh myself on Wednesday and enter it in here. But just so it is recorded, I weighed 142 this morning. Woot!
