i wish i had the motivation to wake up at 5am and workout
I go to bed around 8. I know it seems really early to go to bed, but I waste a lot of time sitting in front of the tv anyway if I don't. I tell myself I am sacrificing tv time for workout time. In the end... worth it!

1 week back to 40 or less carbs a day... and 3 pounds down. Need I much more proof that I am gluten and carbohydrate sensitive? I feel better already... ...
