Hello,
I had a ruff weekend. It went well for the most part but when Sunday came along, I was so hungry! it was all I could do to not eat the delicious looking food I made my husband to eat. Steak, Parsley Potatoes and mushrooms and onions.

I felt so good this morning that I did not fall into that trap. I made it without cheating.

I am adding exercise to my plan , no laughing cause I'm adding trampoline to it . I have to start somewhere and they say it gets the heart rate up and helps you to get your breathing better so I can move on to other exercise.

I'm on track for the week, feeling confident.

Every time you resist temptation, you program the new version of yourself into your brain. ErikaHollister made a comment on my journal yesterday about that. Much more poetic, but that's the gist of it. LOL. Congratulations on such an empowering choice!
