Good Morning all,
I have been feeling so well, I decided to clean out the kitchen cabinets , to rid our house of food we will not eat or drink. I can't believe I had 30 lbs of sugar!
I wanted to get rid of it because my sons and I have changed the way we eat, we also need room in our cabinets for the food we are now eating. I am on Fat Flush diet and they are on a high protein diet. 3 out of 4 is not bad, my husband is the only one who will not join us. he is not that much over weight maybe 20lbs.

I ended up with 3 large boxes of food we cannot eat. I worked in the kitchen about 6 hrs to organize the cabinets to make it as easy as possible to prepare my food for the work week.

I was up at 430 this morning, My chi woke me. I am in pain, I had not felt this way since I started the Fat Flush diet, it includes supplements. they seemed to be working so well for my body. I have been taking Ibuprofen for years and a few day after starting the Fat Flush diet it went away. I think it has been a long time I have moved like I did yesterday. I have not had any energy to do anything but my 40 hrs at work.I also hope I can get to the point of exercising. I did buy a mini trampoline to get me started.
I am hoping that I will have the energy to get my life in a better place. I am determined to make it this time. maybe as the Fat Flush is the life for me and a week with 4 lb weight loss without exercise is what I needed to get me going.
