So yesterday I posted that I have been doing the Keto diet...prior to getting really serious I have had 50 or less carbs per day. The last two days they have been around 22. Today I find I am really starved though. The Keto stick is emitting a small change, more than a trace, and I feel pretty good. Just really hungry...I know this too, shall pass. Any helpful comments? I have been consuming quality fat, and in the correct proportion...protein is on par as well. I love the helpful pie chart at the bottom of the food log. "Did someone say PIE?"...Have a great day buddies!

Check your circle pie chart percentages at the bottom of your food diary - you want 60-70% fat, 25% protein and under 10% carbs most days. Unsalted raw almonds, grassfed butter, coconut oil, avocado, eggs, the skin on chicken, the fat on meats...
