At least you are working out which I think can be more important than diet. I'll have to start up a meaningful exercise program really soon (today hopefully). Keep up the good work.

Thanx, I do agree that working out is not just for the overweight, everyone can benefit from it. and it helps you have a positive mood. You just have to figure out what you like doing. If you hate running don't force yourself. I like karate,kickboxing,step class,spinning and many many other forms of working out the more you do the more you will find that you like most all types.
