DAY 1 ...THIS IS THE START FOR ME . I have to do right by me . There has been too many failures in this current year . So all has bee deleted and mum has decided to restart from the beginning ..... Another failure. Got to get up off my fat ass and get moving .
Keep getting pains in my back ..durr you not losing the bloopy fat ...what do you expect . They have told you over and over again about what this excess fat is doing to you . So stop feeling sorry for yourself and get moving ....
