okay lost almost 4 lbs yesteday. Not sure how I did it since I ate more calories than I planned. Although yesterday I did do a very hot detox bath. I wonder if that burned off calories because I read a sauna burns off 900 calories.
127.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
