Going the wrong way.... I really need to get back on the diet watch. I'm starting active, but my mid-day snacking is outta control.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 47.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week
