I f***** up again. As if binging wasn't bad enough, I purged again. AGAIN. I'm so mad at myself. I ate about a third of a fake-cheese cake (I cant eat real cheese because of a medication I'm on.) I thought I could eat it responsibly. Obviously I was wrong.
