if it wasnt for this last Biggest loser I probably would still be waking up every morning with aches and pains, I finally made it under the 200 mark,YEAH!!!!!
199.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
