Afternoon exercise Insanity: 40 minutes

I don't know if Insanity is a good choice at the moment. I am still on anitibiotics for my cold/ear infection and it is making me sick. The drainage in my throat does not help either.
Going to try and keep it up but maybe just don't push that hard till I am off medication.
Almost threw up after my workout.
At least I worked out and I am happy about that. I did not get to yesterday.
This last weekend through Tues I have done a few fun things. Reba concert on Friday, shopping and a new coach purse on Saturday, and last night my sisters and I went to see the Buddy Cake Boss Tour.
I think he could have done a little more decorating but it was still fun.
One of my sisters almost passed out b/c he kept saying, " what the hell " and " oh my God ".
I don't like it when people say omg but it just does not offend me like my sisters.
Still, had a great time.
