So this is what seems to have happened. I have not been on Fasecret for some time, in the meantime though I signed up for a membership at the Y and have been pretty good about hitting the gym. I have been getting some good workouts in, working on muscle building and a little cardio. I go about twice a week, a little less now since I have had a serious cut in work hours which threw me off my normal schedule.

That all sounds well and good but I have gained a few pounds. The holidays are here and I have been enjoying myself up until I weighed in today at 102 lbs. Yes I know that does not sound so bad but it is still weight gain and once the pounds start creeping on they really creep on. I am very short, only 5' so I can be in the 90's and that is still healthy weight.

I went pants shopping yesterday, yes I know on the busiest shopping day EVER!!! I didn't think that one through. I bought a few jeans and found out I am a size 1 not bad... My pants size luckily did not increase, just my weight. So here I am back on the right track knowing that when the holidays are over, the extra weight will melt away just like the foot of snow we just got here in Massachusetts...AHHHH... Anyway hope all is well with everyone! Happy Holidays!

Gad you are back. I think we all put on weight this time of year. You are aware thats the biggest step. Amryk is right, your pants are the better judge!
