I am so disappointed in myself. I have gained back all of the weight (20 pounds) that I lost over 2 years ago. I once again let work stress get the best of me. Stress eating and not working out as much as I used to because of time constraints.

Now that I have turned 50, it is going to be much harder to lose weight. I run quite a bit, but now I am slower because of the extra pounds. I have not motivation to do more. I have to somehow pull myself up out of this funk I am in; this downward spiral....
