Pretty little girl's Journal, 27 July 2016

I lost 2.6 kgs, that was actually surprising for just a trial period of 6 days only.
I did cheat on 1 of my meals- had potato with my meal
don't feel bad about that tho.

this week I am going to just eat I like did last week minus the shake and tea and then see how it goes.

141.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week

Hi :) i hope you dont mind me snooping. I have been inspired by your weight loss and checked out your profile. i see your RDI is 1600. if i may ask how you arrived at this figure? mine is 1200, as suggested by FS. but when searching other sites and calculators it ranges between 1100 and 2000.... im trying to find a happy medium :) what are your thoughts on this?

Tanya I received some advise on this from an online coach that has great results he told me that you take the weight you want to be and x it by 2.2 to get pounds you will then x10 if you not active x12 when you are active and x14 if you are extremely active. This works quite well. Hope this helps.

that is good with me you can snoop all you want. On my last years comments ( I am not sure how far back you went on my history) I was pregnancyt for baby no.2. I never had weigh issues growing up but when I was on the pill I started picking on weight like crazy and my eating habits changed. after my 2nd baby I lost all my pregnancy weight in that 6 weeks- keep in mind that I still breastfeed my daughter until it dries up. I read and hear people saying that breastfeeding helps a lot to loose the weight. I am not a big person and people look at me like I am crazy when they see my eating and what I am eating. healthy eating should be part of us already. unfortunately born in an Indian home everything is cooked with lots of oils and loads and loads of starch. rice pot pap etc. etc. also please take into consideration that our bodies are different and functions differently. my sister who had her baby 5 months after me cant seem to lose any weight and is now trying herbalife products to get back to what she was previously 56kgs. we are only 11 months apart but her breastfeeding is making her pick on weight. sometime we might now see a drop on the scale but u can feel it on your clothes. so dnt be too hard on yourself. I have always cheated every now and then and you have to reward urself every now and then, off course no over indulging in cakes and goodies. it is imp how we present our foods to ourselves as well. we need to make it appetizing so the other eyes can also want it too. I hope I helped answer you in any way. :)
