I tried a yoga class today it was called slow flow! Indeed slow flow, I enjoyed it but it relaxed me so much that I did nothing else today LOL! That and I am tired from yesterday 11 hrs work! Tonight I am going to the hospital to visit Granny and then bed I was up at 530!
