I went to a volunteer appreciation dinner at church tonight and ate much different than I would have it I'd been home. We had pasta, meatballs, salad with italian dressing, rolls and dessert. It tasted so good while I was eating it but I am regretting it now!

One of my mantras is, "No regrets!" If you consciously choose something, OWN it. And see what the consequences are. Once you have that on board, you can decide if it's a choice you will make again. No regrets.
