had a bad day yester day ate some stuff i should have not ate went over on every thing will do better today
278.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

stick with it I know it's hard but just rember you did now put all that whigh on over night so it well tack time to get read of it . make the porchion hafe the size and then it well happen . Mom is here to help I hope I'm helping you

I think the key to being successful at all of this is continuing to eat well. We all have our slip ups, but if you make good choices most of the time and don't stop trying, you will get to where you want to be. Hang in there.
