Well I am back where I was a couple weeks ago. glad I am heading in tje right direction. I have to admit when I look over my food diary I have not stuck to the plan. Slight deviations like those extra slices of pizza did not help me any. this week I need to watch my carbs so I can allow myself a little more food while I am on my trip. I am literally counting down the days until I see my sisters and boat the train to Chicago! After. the excursion with sisters Nancy and Laura I will spend a day visiting with Glenna and Janice. I have not seen any of them since Christmas so I am definitely looking forward to some long overdue sister time. Hope you all have a great week!

Good job! Enjoy your trip and family visit. You might try planning a "sample" menu for your trip days so you have a target, then you can see the impact of those "special" meals and where you might be able to trim a bit to stay more on-plan. However, don't let the planning get in the way of enjoying your trip!! You can do both!!!!
