Need to find a good breakfast alternative
164.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

I have been pre-cooking eggs and sausage. It is still pretty good when re-heated.

I've been doing greek yogurt. Sometimes I get those packages of already pealed eggs to have on hand as well. I usually don't have time to cook in the mornings.
