Went for a 2 mile bike ride and when I got home, I felt energized! Didn't drink as much water as I wanted to but still had a nice intake of it. The supplements are getting better meaning I don't feel as hungry between meals, matter of fact I don't feel hungry when I wake up, which is new for me. Added salsa to my meal replacement supplement and it actually didn't taste like I poured it out of a pouch and added water. Looking forward to stepping on the scale tomorrow and see what progress I've made, or adjustments I need to make.
