atkins induction day 2

today i fought some MAJOR cravings. i learned abt good fats and ate more sour cream. but now im confused abt certain products. so i bought a book with my allowance and im excited to understand my food better.

atkins induction day 3

ive lost 3.5ls in 3 days! thats a new one. i keep reading all these success stories that pple loose supper fast and im phyked i hope the diet lives up to that for me. the first thing i noticed to day was how MUCH energy i have. i feel like ive come out of hibernation. i feel pretty again! i also bought some atkins bars today n it was pretty good. i felt satisfied after and im excited to know i can have a treat.

Ive lost 5.9 lbs in 5 days!!! Ive never lost this much weight so fast in my life. the longer im on this diet the more nervous i get that its gonna stp being this awesome! but i have found more recipes and am starting to get VERY comfortable. almost too comfortable i wonder if im eating to much fat?????? Ill know tomorrow i guess. I still have energy and  i feel much prettier i dont feel bloated at ALL anymore. but now im starting to get bored cuz i feel so much more enrgetic. its ok though im going to nj in 3 nervous abt what ill have to eat n if i dont have enough whether ill starve then binge. Oi.

i gained .2 lbs. im prettt bummed. i guess i know why. its cuz i had to many carbs yesterday and probably too much fat ill have to b more carefull. i should have just listened to my body. i knew i wasnt hungry but i ate anyways and then i was stuffed, not a good feeling. anyways i woke up this morning an hour and a half l8tr then i had planned and had some coffee to help. i couldnt finish it. then i started making my daily omlett but im not excitted to eat it. sigh. im not sure if i should untill im hungry so i put it on low heat. my plan for today is to stay within my carb count and just listen very closely to my bodys pretty hungry and today i found myself slightly craving sweets. Im trying to be more aware of my stomach. I had coffee today.


This is the ingredient in equal that makes u retain weight and it in m ice tea!! good bye ice tea i don't need you. im excited to get back on track.

i have lost 6.8 lbs. feeling kinda off today. this morning my stomach was slightly queasy and ive been filling up on food supper quick. i went to chipotle today. im hoping that what i got is ok,though im pretty sure it will b. i am however supper full. im not sure if thats going to b a problem. anyways today is my second day off of ice tea so im hoping my weight loss will pick up Again. losing a pound a day was amazing. though i am still having great success at a half a lb.

I'm nervcuss and frustrated. I weighed myself again today a moment ago n it showed that I weigh 155 which is 3 lb over what I weighed this morning...ok maybe this isn't a big deal. Idk I just am afraid I'm not going to b successfull.

this morning i tracked my average weight loss all throughout the past 10 days and i noticed that my weight loss been consistently and steadily decreasing up until this morning where it listed at .1. ive decided that im going to lower my calorie intake by tracking my food on fitday. after three days ill c where this takes me. also i listed my measurements to c if that changes at a diff rate. ill also check that in 3 days. other then that my self esteem has been up lately and im feeling more motivated to have variety in my day but still finding it hard to finish out my college stuff. my goal this week is to finish my application. today i will finish my essay for good this time.
