lots of updates today cause I am happy just wanted to say sunny day , I grow a garden , but most of all lol I walked around pond picked like 20 ounces of fresh mushrooms and cooked them for dinner with olive oil and for protein whey isolate and 1.5 bananas I finished mushrooms as nothing like veggies u pick not like ewwwww canned junk , but I am so full from clean food I am staring at a 24 ounce protein shake with 1.5 bananas and saying im full lol if i manage to drink it I am 1200 calories behind my old trainer recommendation. I think only way injest it is iv in my vein lol I cant pass up garden stuff season isnt to long where I live but have soo much stuff cant even give it away , I wanted to share I am growing unusual fruit called ground bloom cherries has anyone heard of these they got like paper around them I think from asia I live in CT USA
