Had another good day yesterday in the willpower dept. I went to the eye doctor & was told I needed bifocals, which I don't want. It was tempting to stop at Braums on the way back to work & dive into a bacon cheeseburger, but I went back to work & had my diet TV dinner instead. Last night I ran on the treadmill, got up to 5mph, which I used to run, so I was happy about that. Before the run I told DH I wanted to go get ice cream after the run, but when I got off the treadmill I thought, "why undo all that effort I just put in?" Had an ice cream bar from my freezer instead, about 180 cals instead of however many would be in a hot fudge sundae, LOL! So feeling pretty good about that as well, hopefully I'll keep this attitude up over the weekend. One thing I HATE is dropping a few lbs during the week, only to gain them back over the weekend, GRRR!!!
