had a really bad moment. a lady just brought home made cookies into the police department for appreciation and before i knew it i had eating three homemade snickerdoodles :(

I just shave off a few calories the rest of the day or eat lighter the next. It all balances out....I used to think "oh well, I blew it so might as well eat whatever the rest of the day" so for me it's a huge step to just keep on doing what I'm supposed to be doing!

The key is to just to acknowledge it happened and get back to your new way of eating. It's important to not think you blew it and go for more. Restraint is something we all need to learn.
