LOL - Gotta catch'em all!! Hehehe.  

I think I need to download this thing... Gotta see what it is all about. LOL  

It's really fun, I can't wait for my next long walk!!! 

That's amazing that somebody developed a phone app that gets people to walk such long distances. Do you ever catch the Pokemon or how does it work. I should just go and read up about it :-) ;-) 

Yeah!!! I've caught fifty already!! Some you catch over & over, obviously if you walk in the same area all the time! It's literally a game, not just an app! I watched pokemon on tv when I was still in school, but I see not everyone knows what pokemon are.  

You get pokestops at certain public places, where you get free spins, to win balls to catch the pokemon & eggs that can hatch, & all kinds of goodies and then don't forget the pokegyms, here you get together with friends & fight friendly battles, or defend your team, etc!  

My eldest used to be Pokemon "verskrik" He has actually kept some very rare collectors cards that he will sell off on ebay one day. I actually just checked out the online vid. This is really cool from a health point... but I have a very real concern that running, walking or cycling with a mobile in the hand so openly could attract a potential cell phone thief slash mugger.  

Ok so I havnt got the pokemon go app yet but my bro does and he got me to drive him around our neighbourhood to collect pokemon. lol! 

Nah man!!! Driving doesn't count, if you get eggs, you have to hatch them by walking certain distances... I had one that hatched on 5 km & my second one of 2 km is only 200 m away from hatching. @LCFF, I'm aware of the potential dangers, so I don't walk alone, and I am constantly aware of my surroundings... LOL, I'm paranoid by nature, and my phone is my most prized possesion. 

I say "I", but actually hubby walks along... Pretends he doesn't care about the pokemon, but when I hand him the phone to catch one, he's pretty eager. ;-) LOL, tells me him & his bro used to play crazy lots of pokemon!! 

Haha. Classic! We all have a little kid inside all of us. *Grin*  

Haha. My hubby put the app on my phone last night. Then me, him and the kids went for a "walk" this afternoon. Caught only 1. Still have to learn everything. Very cool game. 

You'll get the hang of it quickly enough!! 

When we were younger there wasn't any Pokemon Go ,so we used to get drunk and look for things that weren't there ,wahahaha
