:( I can't seem to stop eating!
243.0 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.1 lb a week

We all have gone through those periods on here. You have to look at your self and see why you are doing it. For me it was job loss and constant worry and depression. Are your foods salty? greasy, etc.. Then you can come up with a plan to stop cravings. You have done so well so far and please realize that there are times when you will have setbacks. Try not to beat yourself up because all that will do is make you eat more. You have done awesome so far, just kick this setback to the curb and you will be back on track! Good luck!

Next time you start to overeat head outside unless it is late at night. We have all gone through this, and remember if you're NOT hungry - it does not mean you have to have a full meal at lunch - but maybe a snack until later. Get a walk in daily, it will speed up your metabolism, make you feel better and will give you energy. Only YOU can decide what is right for you... but you're on here since you need the help and there are lots of people on here to give suggestions...
