oh yeah baby...I have been longing to get to this number. It was a long ride to get to it.

Now im going to a bbq and i want a couple of red wines. I will include it in my total cals so I will be praying that it doesn't affect this number negatively.

188.7 lb Lost so far: 86.9 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
