Time to update my BIO - after all it was 5 years old. Goodness, been here 5 years and still trying to lose weight. But, this time it is different. I just simply got I am tired of being overweight. Very simple - very clear. As a trans female, I do face some weight and personal issues, but nothing that can't be transformed inside of my word. The breakthrough I have had is that I got that if I want to lose 30kilos - I first have to lose 1. And that each kilo I lose is the access to the next. I cant lose 2 if I dont lose the 1. I can't tell you the difference this has made for me. It's been "liberating". So now I just look at who I need to be and what actions I need to take to lose that next half a kilo per week.
And finally, after several years of what amounts to discrimination in the workplace, I am allowed to dress fully as a female ( I was told I was never to wear a skirt or dress at work ). So. I have lots of lovely clothes and I intend to lose the weight, wear my lovely clothes and look amazing.
