This weekend was the Mother Daughter Girl Scout trip so I wasn't able to be as diligent with monitoring my intake as usual. As a result I paid the price with my weight going up a bit again. But that's ok. I had a lot of fun spending quality time with my daughter. What little bit I gained can be lost again and all the good memories I took with me are worth the minor setback.
