Ok, the October experiment of only weighing in once a month just didn't pan out like I wanted. I'm going back to weighing in every week. I like the accountability. Of course, I'm going to have to purchase a new scale. My scale is analog and I can only see whole pounds lost. As I'm getting closet to my goal weight I'll be losing pound fractions every week and I want to make sure I can record those losses instead of waiting until I'm sure it's been a full pound.
Now, what kind of scale to buy?
