I went from 230 down to 206 and have been at a stand still for months. I am going to try changing what I eat and only drink water for a month and see if the weight loss starts again. I think its because its summer and I substitute things that do not help me. 1. Its to hot to walk here in the summer 110 degrees outside. and I am just getting lazy again. things have to change and the change starts now

I so get it! My exercise has fallen off in this Texas heat and humidity. I am stagnating, too. Great results for you so far, Teresa. We have to be patient during the plateaus.

Welcome! Perhaps you can find an air conditioned mall or something to walk.

It really helps to log everything you eat and drink. Even "just a bite" adds up. This community is very supportive and knowledgeable. Welcome aboard!
