I'm so sorry you're getting frustrated. It IS hard in the early stages but it gets easier. It looks like you've lost nearly 5 pounds on Atkins in about 2 weeks, so it won't be long before you'll be noticing the difference in your clothing. I'll agree with you that convenience food is darn convenient - LOL! But overall, I think it's actually more expensive; it's just that we pay a little bit here and there at convenience stores or fast food places rather than having to pay a larger one-time amount at the grocery store for whole, fresh foods. Anyway, I'd encourage you to review the basics of Induction and adjust your meals accordingly. You can probably eat a good bit more (of Induction-approved foods)than you are, considering the weights you're moving through. Also consider dropping the Atkins bars - for now - until you've got Induction rolling smoothly. The bars with their sugar alcohols can cause slowdowns or stalls for quite a number of people. Good luck and keep your chin up...you'll hit your stride before you know it.
