Well, today was day 2 of my 35 day (5 week) challenge. I ran 3 miles and then did some light weight lifting with the free weights that focused mainly on my core and back muscles. I weighed myself this morning, just to see how things were going (at 144.8) but decided I would wait until next Monday to record my weight. It could be that still or even better, we will see. I had my delicious chocolate protein shake before going to Grandpa's for coffee and then to work (where I am now). Hopefully all keeps going well! Tomorrow is ab/core workout and my spin class! Woohoo!
