I finally got to the gym on Monday. Slowly tying to get back to normal. Planning a hike and some golf for this weekend. Hopefully the weather will cooperate, but so far we haven't seen much "summer". It's harder to get motivated when you're expecting warm and sunny, but wake up to grey skies, cold and wet.
194.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
