Woke up on time this morning and went to gym. Jayson has his rest day today so I knew he wasn't around and felt more relaxed somehow, and took my time to do each move and actually finished within 50min which felt like the shortest workout I've ever done - I was doing excessive amount before I guess. And his routines for me actually are very efficient, like I don't do as many moves as I used to, and yet I feel a better burn. But my hands are growing thicker right now from I guess the overhead presses.. not liking that so much bc my palms are all callous and my hands are rigid and strong like guys' hands.
Seriously I could not digest whatever I ate for my high carb day diet, whether it was the protein or the carbs, it made my tummy bloated SO MUCH it was and still is sticking out, and I haven't pooped as much as I did before starting this diet. Oh well. I guess I don't like how it feels on a medium carb day and I'm blaming it on the previous day.
