DAY 183 ... that was a shock . Been a part of fat secret since 2014 . And guess what ?? I have put on all the weight that I lost . I managed to get dome to 178 lbs ..And once again I am back up to 192 lbs .
So I have got to kick myself a big fat kick up the ass & get myself into dome form of order and get this weight loss on the move in the losing direction ....
