Just started this carb cycling diet yesterday (medium carb day) and already cheated with pb and excessive amount of granola lol. My stomach got really heavy when I ate a lot of protein and depressing taste veggies that I cooked with the beef. And by the end of the day I got this feeling that I was actually depressed, and then got into a pretty emotional mode. Anyway, trying my best to stick to this diet for now and see if I can adapt to it soon.
And I guess the more I think about it (like how strictly I need to follow), the more stress I get and I'd want to cheat. That's no good. Need to relax and think of it as a fun thing to do, which is what I always like about changes in life.
