262.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I found a new route for my daily commute that adds about 3.5 miles of riding each way, but saves me about 15 minutes of train time each way as well. Good deal, more exercise, less time wasted. With the increased mileage and hills, I have been getting to sleep earlier which I guess is healthier. I have been used to 5-6 hrs/night, but I am getting closer to the recommended 8. I signed up for an 11K to commemorate Veteran's day on 11/11/11 at 5:11. I am in no way ready for a run, but will do my best to run/walk it. I signed up to have something to train for, but haven't had much time to run. I will be adding running to my routine in the evening when I get home from work. The pounds have not changed much, but I am feeling much fitter, and my legs have definitely become more muscular. I haven't measured, but my clothes are fitting looser (except my thighs). I will make an effort to continue to cut back on snacking, desserts, etc. Keep up the good work everyone.
