Was celebrating St John's Day from Wednesday to Saturday and ate a lot of food. So when I weight myself on Sunday morning the scale said 79kg. This morning it was 78.1kg.
174.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
